Interstate orders
Each state and territory implements the National Code of Conduct for Health Care Workers within its own jurisdiction. At this time New South Wales, Queensland, South Australia and Victoria have implemented the National Code of Conduct. Legislation has been passed in Tasmania and Western Australia, and Royal Assent has been received in both jurisdictions, but the amendment Acts have not yet come into operation.
