This brings together the functions of the Independent Commissioner Against Corruption, Ombudsman, Information Commissioner and the Health and Community Services Complaints Commissioner under one independent office.

As part of his role, the Integrity and Ethics Commissioner, Mr Peter Shoyer is the Health and Community Services Complaints Commissioner for the NT.

The objectives of the HCSCC are to:

  • Resolve complaints
  • Contribute to service improvement
  • Promote the rights and responsibilities of service users and service providers
  • Promote service user safety
  • Engage with the NT community.

Our complaint handling is impartial and fair.
Our service is free.
