What we do

The NT Health and Community Services Complaints Commission is an independent office. This means we are independent of government and of all health, disability and aged care services. Our complaint handling is impartial and fair.

Our service is free.

The objectives of the Commission are to:

  • Resolve complaints
  • Contribute to service improvement
  • Promote the rights and responsibilities of service users and service providers
  • Promote service user safety
  • Engage with the NT community.
